We ask our users to register project-specific service requests with us by filling in a service request form and providing a project abstract (max. one page). The costs to be covered by the user are listed in our cost and service catalogue. The processing of service requests and projects will be preceded by a detailed discussion and qualification. We generally recommend to make contact at an early stage (i.e. already during the planning phase) for a better co-ordination of the designing of experiments and the preparation of samples as well as to ensure the prompt processing of requests.
